A little Brisket if you please

A plate of plenty at Carol and Michaels

This unbelievable brisket was 14 ponds to start -- this was less than half according to Mike. Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest. Beef brisket is one of the eight beef primal cuts -- love that primal stuff.


Roasted carrots, greens, asparagus and I forgot what the starch was, but I think Mitch made it.

Still a few carrots left, but not for long.
